Giv'at Shmuel

In the past Givat Shmuel had a bad reputation over the years. Stuck behind road 4 it was surrounded by highways and had “Train buildings”. The population was poor people and crime gangs originated and lived there made it a name of crime city.

Then, two decades ago, regional committee decided to approve vast of new buildings in a new neighbourhood at the east part of the city. That was formerly an empty field. High buildings erected with the coolest Europe style shopping raw of branded stores. Huge green park with playgrounds at the earth.

And above all, the neighbourhood main attraction is the people, a community of positive people. A new generation of Israelis representing the communal good, some secular, mostly religious on the Bney Akiva views and other modern orthodox.

some are Judaic scholars who practice more religious way of life, all assembled together in a synergetic way that create great atmosphere. The fact that this neighbourhood is probably one of the most academically scaling spaces in Israel also add to the successful community values as wise people understand that its always better to be positive, thankful and see the good in everyone and every situation. The vibe of this eclectic neighbourhood leans towards an intellectual richness meet celebrative way of life. Local schools are focused on personal growth and finding each student a unique path. Parents are mostly supportive and know how to align their views secretly. That’s why Givat Shmuel has the highest rate of bagruyot in the country. While also continuing to numerous misgarot hemshech while many are going to shnat sherut.

Givat Shmuel’s success story, with its nice synagogues and all those cool Brits and Americans, We Israelis love to meet (chuzlaaretz!), has lifted the whole surrounding. But not every building in Givat Shmuel is Yoni Netanyahu 18.

The whole neighborhood is comprised of 7 streets named after mostly Israel’s right-wing leaders of the splendid past. Moshe Shamir and other streets are on the names of Golda Meir and Rav Yagel the legendary founder and Headmaster of Midrashiayat Noam.
